About

Prof. Dr. Karina Ochis studies how people, organizations, and institutions adapt when the conditions they were built for no longer hold.

She is a professor of leadership and management, teaching at doctoral and master's level, with a doctorate earned Summa Cum Laude in Switzerland and a master's in Government from Harvard University. Her book Gen Z in Work: A Practical Guide to Engaging Employees Across the Generations is published by Routledge.

Her work spans three connected questions: how organizations lead across four generations at once, how leaders decide under continuous change, and how institutions hold together under external pressure. For over a decade, executives, companies, universities, and international bodies on four continents have brought her in to teach, advise, and speak on all three.

She is an official member of the Forbes Business Council.
