About

Prof. Dr. Karina Ochis studies how people, organizations, and institutions adapt when the conditions they were built for no longer hold.

She is Associate Dean and Professor of Leadership and Management at Monarch Business School Switzerland, where she teaches and supervises at doctoral and master's level.  She holds two doctorates earned Summa Cum Laude in Switzerland and a Master of Liberal Arts in Government from Harvard University Extension School.

Her book Gen Z in Work: A Practical Guide to Engaging Employees Across the Generations is published by Routledge.

She is an official member of the Forbes Business Council.

Dr. Ochis works at three scales: how organizations lead across four generations at once, how leaders decide under continuous change, and how institutions hold together under external pressure. For fifteen years, executives, companies, universities, and international bodies on four continents have brought her in to teach, advise, and speak on all three.

When you work with
Prof. Dr. Ochis, you get:

1
Decisions based on research, not anecdote

Most leadership advice is one executive's experience turned into a rule. What I bring has been through peer review first. You get decisions you can defend.

2
A workforce that works across its generations.

Four generations share your payroll, and the friction reaches your turnover before your engagement survey. Generational Intelligence works through how you hire, manage, and promote. Your generational mix becomes the range you compete on.

3
An organization that holds its legacy under pressure

Conditions change faster than organizations can be rebuilt, and most companies notice only when a key person leaves. I work on the structures that protect your legacy. What you built outlasts your tenure.
